About Us

We aim to provide fun boxing-based sessions using a techinique called 'flurrying'. This is a stream of long fast paced combinations including blocks, parries, dodging and punches in quick succession. You may have already seen this style of training used by many great boxers such as floyd mayweather jr.

This style is not only a test of physical ability but also mental! My clients in the past have thouroughly enjoyed trying to memorize long combinations while maintaining good speed, power and reaction time. This where it becomes fun to workout and before you will have even noticed, you will have completed an hours training and have burnt tons of calories!

We also specialise in circuit training to get you into the best shape of your life. Our circuits focus on toning, improving strength and explosiveness, weight loss, fat burn and muscular hypertrophy. My team and I all have a background in fitness and combat sports so whether its in the gym, outdoors or in the ring we can help you.
